What did you do before your time at NESS?
After moving to Germany, I initially focused on learning German and settling in here. I then gradually built up my career in Germany.
Why did you decide to join NESS?
Right from the start, I was won over by the friendliness of my future colleagues. From our very first contact, I could tell that the team was very open and respectful – that made me feel at ease straight away.
What does your daily work at NESS look like? What are your typical tasks?
My day-to-day work is very varied. I work on a range of different tasks, liaise closely with my colleagues and ensure that projects are carried out reliably and meticulously.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I like most is the combination of responsibility, teamwork and working independently. I particularly enjoy finding solutions and seeing a good result at the end.
What has been your best experience at NESS so far?
My best experience was how quickly I was welcomed into the team and how naturally everyone offered their support. That made it much easier for me to settle in.
