What did you do before your time at NESS?
Before joining NESS, I spent six years as a research assistant at the University of Stuttgart, whilst also working on my PhD, which is now in its final stages.
Why did you decide to join NESS?
I came across the company through a headhunter, and the friendly atmosphere and the opportunities for professional development immediately won me over.
What does your daily work at NESS look like? What are your typical tasks?
My responsibilities are varied and diverse, ranging from detailed process planning to programming and visualisation.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The varied nature of the work, and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues both within and outside my own department. I also enjoy getting to grips with a completely new field
What has been your best experience at NESS so far?
The Christmas party with my new colleagues was particularly lovely.
What should new colleagues bring with them to fit in at NESS?
They need to be open-minded, able to work well in a team, and a good fit in terms of personality.
