Increase efficiency
Using thermal energy through heat recovery
An interesting approach for your heating system is the heat recovery through a combustion air preheater (Luvo). The Luvo makes it possible, for example, to actively use the remaining exhaust gas energy at the outlet of the heater in order to save energy costs and raw materials! With this type of heat recovery, you can not only save fuel accordingly, but also actively reduce the CO2 emissions of your system.
As an expert in process heating, we are the right partner for all questions regarding the temperature control of your process plants. All NESS products are thermodynamically optimized. We attach great importance to high efficiency, longevity, safety and availability as well as excellent heat transfer of our systems. Our engineering team will gladly develop new solutions with you.
Your success is important to us, so that together we can design and optimize your plant individually for you.
A sustainable option for your plant is heat recovery through a combustion air preheater (Luvo). Thanks to the Luvo, the energy of the hot flue gases at the outlet of the heater can be used to save fuel and energy costs! In addition, you also reduce the CO2 emissions of your system.
In order to bring the heat transfer medium to the required temperature,
the flue gas temperature must be higher than the medium temperature.
The standard heater discharges this hot exhaust without further use of thermal energy. The combustion air pre-heater uses a large part of the remaining energy in the fl ue gas to preheat the combustion air and thus saves fuel.
A combustion air preheater (Luvo) can be worthwhile in many cases – especially when the burner needs to be renewed. Especially due to rising energy prices, the armotization time is getting shorter and shorter. This is how you can easily determine whether it is worthwhile for you:
