10 Minutes That Open Doors: NESS at the F.A.I.R. Apprentice Speed Dating 2026 in Waiblingen

Waiblingen, February 2026 – One table, two chairs, and ten minutes of conversation: sometimes that’s all it takes to make the first step toward a successful professional future. That is exactly what the F.A.I.R. Apprentice Speed Dating is about, where NESS Wärmetechnik GmbH will once again be represented on February 10, 2026.

At the Waiblingen Civic Center, 55 companies will meet students over the course of the morning who want to gain a personal impression of different training companies in a short time — directly, informally, and through face-to-face conversations.

Training Begins with Personal Encounters

For us at NESS, the apprentice speed dating event is far more than just another date in the annual calendar. It is a valuable opportunity to get to know young talents, answer their questions, and provide first insights into our working environment — honestly, on equal footing, and in a personal setting.

We are convinced that a perfect résumé is not always what matters most. Often, motivation, curiosity, and strong teamwork are what truly make the difference.

A Real-Life Example: How Nikita Found His Way to NESS Through Speed Dating

That this format can open real opportunities is shown by the example of Nikita Jermolenko, who first discovered NESS at the 2023 apprentice speed dating event. What stood out most to him was his first interaction with our training team:

Today, Nikita is part of our team and particularly appreciates how quickly apprentices are integrated and how much hands-on experience they gain from the very beginning:
