What did you do before your time at NESS?
Before joining NESS, I worked in sales for a lighting manufacturer. There, I was responsible for preparing quotations and processing orders, and I supported projects from the initial inquiry through to delivery.
Why did you decide to join NESS?

What does your daily work at NESS look like? What are your typical tasks?
My daily work is varied and dynamic. My main responsibilities include the technical and commercial preparation of quotations, the creation and management of orders, the review and adjustment of contracts, the coordination of commercial processes, and close communication with customers and internal departments. This combination is exactly what makes my workday exciting and diverse.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most is the collaboration – both within the team and with our customers. I enjoy finding solutions together, moving things forward, and seeing projects successfully implemented. The trust and appreciation in everyday work motivate me the most.
What has been your best experience at NESS so far?
My best experience was the warm welcome I received when I joined the company. Especially in the early days, the open and helpful nature of my colleagues showed me that I had joined a truly great team.
