What did you do before your time at NESS?

Before my time at NESS, I completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for automation technology. After that, I worked as an electrical fitter in mechanical engineering, specifically for the pharmaceutical industry. I then completed further training as a state-certified technician (Bachelor Professional).

Why did you decide to join NESS

I decided to join NESS because a friend recommended the company to me and made it sound very appealing.

What does your daily work at NESS look like? What are your typical tasks?

My daily work at NESS is very diverse. I have many consultations with other departments, customers, and suppliers. My tasks include planning, designing, and programming projects and small-scale orders, as well as developing new modules and visualizations. I am also responsible for scheduling individual project steps in the electrical field.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

What I enjoy most are the conversations with my colleagues to move projects forward, as these always give me the opportunity to learn new things.

What has been your best experience at NESS so far?

My best experience at NESS so far has been the many activities with my colleagues outside of work.

What should new colleagues bring with them to fit in at NESS?

New colleagues should bring curiosity, resilience, and enjoyment in their work in order to fit in well at NESS.

I would describe the working atmosphere at NESS as very collegial.
