What did you do before joining NESS?
I worked as an electrical assistant in a craft business in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
Why did you start working at NESS?
I wanted to become part of an established industrial company—one with prospects, structure, and exciting tasks. During my research, I quickly came across NESS Wärmetechnik GmbH and was immediately convinced.
What is your daily work routine at NESS like? What are your daily tasks?
My daily work routine is very varied and full of exciting challenges. The focus of my work is on switch cabinet construction, where precision and technical understanding are required.
What do you like best about your job? What do you enjoy most?
I find it fascinating to create something tangible from a plan. When you see what you have created at the end, it’s a great feeling. It makes me proud every time.
What has been your best experience at NESS so far?
There are many wonderful moments in everyday working life, but I always remember the summer parties in particular. They are a highlight and show how strong the team spirit is.
What qualities would new colleagues need to bring with them to fit in at NESS?
In addition to professional expertise, team spirit, a positive attitude, and treating each other with respect are particularly important. Anyone who enjoys their work and has a good personality will fit perfectly into the team.
