What did you do before worked at NESS?
After graduating from high school, I studied marketing and business administration.
I did several internships and then worked for an international quality association for surface finishing in architecture and industry. There I was responsible for marketing. Those were my first steps.
Why did you decide to work for NESS?
My employer at the time moved its headquarters to Düsseldorf. I saw this as an opportunity to dedicate myself to other topics and areas and to get to know new things.
What is your working day like at NESS? What are your daily tasks?
My area of responsibility is quite broad. Starting with the preparation of offers, through the sale of the systems and checking the contracts, to accompanying the projects until delivery. Here I have specialised in particular in our NESSessities product range and support Mr Dietmar Ness in the implementation.
What do you like best about your job? What task do you enjoy the most?
Above all, I must emphasise that every single day brings new surprises. So you don’t get stuck in the daily rut. It’s fun to face new challenges every day and get to know new clients and partners. And when you have such great colleagues – and I do – you like to get up in the morning and start the day with a good feeling.
What has been your best moment at NESS?
I have been part of the Ness team for 10 years. And that means something. There were so many wonderful experiences that I can’t really highlight any of them. Each experience has had its own charm. And many colleagues have become real friends. After all, you spend a lot of time with them 🙂
What qualities do new work colleagues at NESS need to fit into the work culture?
Above all, always a desire for something new and curiosity. Our installations are always tailored to our customers. Each one is slightly different from the other. That makes every project exciting.
How do you describe the atmosphere at NESS?
Very collegial. You always find a sympathetic ear. You exchange ideas and work out solutions together. And if there’s ever a problem, you know you won’t be left out in the cold.
What makes NESS as an employer special to you?
Definitely the very pleasant working atmosphere. Anyone who wants to can see for themselves 🙂
