TNVs in Ridgeway
In Ridgeway, the switch cabinets and electrical connection capacities for the boiler house/heat generation, press heating systems, cold water units for the paint shops and the hot water heating system were implemented.

Dr Andreas J. Ness, who has been with the company since 1989, becomes the sole managing director of NESS Wärmetechnik GmbH.

First steam thermal oil plant in Wismar (94 bar)

Construction of a thermal afterburning plant (35,000 m³N/h) with air preheating – including exhaust air supply, fan system (200 kW), air preheater, combustion chamber with natural gas burner, switchgear and process control system in Düren.
Dietmar B. Ness joins the management board
Dietmar B. Ness joins the management team at NESS Wärmetechnik GmbH.

NESS successfully implements FF500 – including planning, delivery and commissioning of the necessary systems

Introduction of the Nald 250 at Stadtwerk Neckarsulm
Eduard Ness retires from the company.
Eduard Ness leaves NESS Wärmetechnik GmbH to his two sons. The company thus remains in family ownership.

Large-scale project with 6 MW for thermal oil evaporation
Planning and construction of a plant in which thermal oil is evaporated in order to regulate the process temperature more precisely. Redundant design of heaters and fuel (natural gas and methanol).
