what did you do before joining NESS?
After my training as a machining technician, I worked as a machine setter and shift supervisor.
Why did you join NESS?
I started at NESS because I was looking for new challenges and wanted to develop my skills.
what is your day-to-day work at NESS like? What are your daily tasks?
I ensure efficient production, optimise work processes and ensure quality assurance. I work closely with the design and logistics teams to ensure that production runs smoothly and that the systems are completed on time.
what is your favourite part of your job? What do you enjoy most?
Discussing new projects with the project manager, determining the sequence of components within the system and the delivery dates for the material and optimising the work processes. The biggest challenge is coordinating all these factors and meeting the completion date – that’s what I enjoy most.
what has been your favourite experience at NESS so far?
A special experience for me was the moment when I took on a new responsibility. The recognition and trust of my superiors and colleagues showed me that my work was appreciated. This experience motivated me and made me enjoy my job even more.
