I worked as an accountant.
Why did you start at NESS?
I studied in my home country, my studies were recognised in Germany and I applied for a job at NESS – luckily I was accepted.
What is your day-to-day work at NESS like? What are your daily tasks?
My tasks include checking outgoing invoices, posting incoming invoices and creating and sending reminders.
What is your favourite part of your job? What do you enjoy most?
I like everything.
What has been your favourite experience at NESS so far?
My colleagues are very nice and make an effort to understand me – even if my pronunciation isn’t always perfect.
I also appreciate the flexible working hours and the lack of pressure to start at a certain time.
What would new colleagues need to bring with them to fit in at NESS?
They should be hard-working and enjoy learning new things. That would definitely make a good impression.
How would you describe the working atmosphere at NESS?
It’s pleasant and fun. Of course, it can also be stressful at times – but that’s just part of the job.
What makes NESS special for you as an employer?
The colleagues and also the management are open and supportive – there are no rigid hierarchies or boundaries.
