Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cela, les pompes peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9es d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de capteurs relativement simple, ce qui offre de nombreux avantages, en plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre tr\u00e8s \u00e9conomique par comparaison avec les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;une nouvelle pompe et l&rsquo;organisation de contr\u00f4les r\u00e9guliers sur place. Il s&rsquo;agit de la temp\u00e9rature de palier, des vibrations de la pompe et des fuites. Une surveillance stable et fiable de ces facteurs \u2013 totalement ind\u00e9pendante du fabricant \u2013 est r\u00e9alisable d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour un co\u00fbt relativement r\u00e9duit\u00a0\u00bb, affirme Dominik Weidler, assistant technique du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de NESS W\u00e4rmetechnik GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de la surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature, des vibrations et des fuites, deux valeurs limites sont d\u00e9finies \u00e0 chaque fois. En cas de franchissement de la premi\u00e8re limite, une alarme correspondante est affich\u00e9e dans le centre de commande. Il faut alors proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une maintenance et \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le. Le franchissement de la deuxi\u00e8me valeur limite provoque la coupure du syst\u00e8me pour pr\u00e9venir un endommagement grave de l&rsquo;installation.<\/p>\n<p>Principalement, la surveillance des vibrations et de la temp\u00e9rature des paliers au moyen de capteurs permet de d\u00e9tecter des \u00e9carts de l&rsquo;intervalle de tol\u00e9rance pr\u00e9vu de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9coce, avant que l&rsquo;imminence des dommages ne devienne visible ou audible. Dans la plupart des cas, il est possible d&rsquo;intervenir de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9ventive en planifiant et en mettant en place des mesures de remise en \u00e9tat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la surveillance des vibrations et de la temp\u00e9rature des paliers, la surveillance des fuites est sans aucun doute notre \u00ab\u00a0unit\u00e9 de surveillance phare\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb, remarque M. Weidler. \u00ab\u00a0T\u00f4t ou tard, les pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;usure des pompes avec bague d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 coulissante l\u00e2chent et l&rsquo;huile thermique fuit. Plus la dur\u00e9e de vie des bagues est avanc\u00e9e, plus les fuites d&rsquo;huile deviennent importantes. Pour cette raison, afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de mauvaises \u00e9valuations, nous mesurons, en plus du niveau de remplissage, la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;huile \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Ainsi, nous pouvons d\u00e9terminer de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre une fuite soudaine. En effet, si, en plus du niveau, la valeur limite de la temp\u00e9rature est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, cela signifie qu&rsquo;une quantit\u00e9 importante d&rsquo;huile chaude est sortie en une seule fois. Dans ce cas, il est particuli\u00e8rement important de r\u00e9agir rapidement et, si n\u00e9cessaire, de d\u00e9clencher une coupure automatique.
