De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, la salet\u00e9, l&rsquo;abrasion et les produits d&rsquo;oxydation ont des effets n\u00e9gatifs sur le syst\u00e8me \u00e0 huile caloporteuse. Cet article explique comment vous pouvez prot\u00e9ger votre syst\u00e8me et maintenir ses performances. Le degr\u00e9 de contamination de l&rsquo;huile est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 lors de l&rsquo;analyse annuelle prescrite pour l&rsquo;huile. Dans le pire des cas, elles endommagent les r\u00e9chauffeurs, les consommateurs, les pompes, les joints et les vannes, et pour finir elles obligent \u00e0 des mesures de r\u00e9paration co\u00fbteuses et, si n\u00e9cessaire, \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de l&rsquo;installation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La m\u00e9thode conventionnelle consiste sans doute \u00e0 remplacer partiellement l&rsquo;huile usag\u00e9e par de l&rsquo;huile neuve\u00a0\u00bb, explique \u00e0 ce sujet Dietmar Ness, un des pr\u00e9sidents-directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de NESS W\u00e4rmetechnik GmbH. \u00ab\u00a0Mais cette solution n&rsquo;est que de courte dur\u00e9e et la vidange partielle ne remplace en aucun cas une filtration active. Avec cette m\u00e9thode, une grande quantit\u00e9 de particules reste dans le syst\u00e8me, car seulement une partie des salet\u00e9s est \u00e9limin\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La filtration de l&rsquo;huile au cours du fonctionnement permet d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer ces particules peu apr\u00e8s leur formation. Ainsi, leur pourcentage reste durablement bas, ce qui pr\u00e9vient la formation de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pourquoi les collecteurs d&rsquo;impuret\u00e9s standards ne suffisent-ils pas ? Un exemple tr\u00e8s simple : l&rsquo;ouverture de maille d&rsquo;un collecteur d&rsquo;impuret\u00e9s standard est de 1 000-1 600 \u03bcm. Il permet de filtrer des impuret\u00e9s de grandes dimensions. Elle permet de nettoyer en continu des installations d&rsquo;un volume d&rsquo;huile jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 200 000 litres \u2013 selon la qualit\u00e9 initiale de l&rsquo;huile thermique. L&rsquo;huile est filtr\u00e9e dans les stations \u00e0 travers des filtres \u00e0 tamis dont l&rsquo;ouverture de maille est adapt\u00e9e au degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;encrassement. Dans la plupart des cas, la premi\u00e8re filtration est effectu\u00e9e avec un filtre de 200 \u03bcm, alors qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin, en mode normal, on utilise un double filtre de 90 \u03bcm \/ 15 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les filtres \u00e0 tamis sont con\u00e7us de sorte \u00e0 pouvoir \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9s et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s. Pour cette raison, il est recommand\u00e9 de toujours avoir un ou deux filtres \u00e0 tamis en r\u00e9serve afin, par exemple, de pouvoir utiliser un filtre \u00e0 tamis neuf pendant le nettoyage du premier pour \u00e9viter les temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat.
