Toutefois, ces combustibles solides \u2013 selon leur qualit\u00e9 aussi \u2013 exigent beaucoup de l&rsquo;installation, aussi bien du point de vue du processus de combustion, des composants comme les \u00e9changeurs thermiques ou des r\u00e9chauffeurs que des dispositions l\u00e9gales en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9missions.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis la fin des ann\u00e9es 1990, de nombreuses installations \u00e0 biomasse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites pour offrir une alternative aux combustibles fossiles. Mais beaucoup d&rsquo;installations de ces premiers temps sont imparfaites. Ainsi, les r\u00e9chauffeurs, qui alors comptaient deux ou trois tirages, pr\u00e9sentent plusieurs probl\u00e8mes. D&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, la formation d&rsquo;une grande quantit\u00e9 de cendre oblige \u00e0 des nettoyages tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quents (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6 fois par an) des r\u00e9chauffeurs et \u00e0 autant d&rsquo;arr\u00eats de l&rsquo;installation. De l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, la pr\u00e9sence de cette cendre solide dans le gaz de combustion fait que, lorsque la vitesse d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le gaz de combustion se comporte comme du papier de verre et que, \u00e0 force, il endommage le serpentin. En particulier l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la vitesse d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement est \u00e9lev\u00e9e p. ex. aux points de d\u00e9viation dans le cas des r\u00e9chauffeurs multitirages. \u00c0 long terme, sous l&rsquo;effet de cette abrasion, l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de paroi du serpentin diminue et t\u00f4t ou tard des trous apparaissent. Dans les cas les plus graves, cela provoque des incendies importants. Mais, m\u00eame dans le meilleur des cas, un arr\u00eat prolong\u00e9 et des mesures de remise en \u00e9tat importantes sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jikc530y-413ee3f717d786fef62d59c0c9a93bc7 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Solutions cl\u00e9s en main<\/h2>\n<p>NESS r\u00e9alise ses installations \u00e0 biomasse en collaboration avec des partenaires extr\u00eamement comp\u00e9tents dans leur domaine de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9.
