The starting signal is given. The first of the two runs starts for 6 participants of the NESS team. Motivated and full of fighting spirit the team moves relatively compactly towards the fields until it disappears behind the hills. In the meantime the runners of the NESS team have found their optimal running speed and have distributed themselves among the participants.<br \/>\nAlready after 47 minutes the first of the NESS runners arrives at the finish line with an excellent time. Gradually all other runners arrive and the NESS team makes it into the top 10 with 9th place.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:00 a.m. the 5 km Everyman Run starts for 3 more NESS runners. A colleague even runs the 5 km run after the 10 km run. As a somewhat smaller lap, this run also leads first out towards the fields, a lap through the beautiful Remstal valley and back to Winterbach. <\/p>\n<p>All runners and supporters had a lot of fun and a great experience as a team.
