NESS?<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>After moving to Germany, I initially focused on learning German and settling in here. I then gradually built up my career in Germany.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">Why did you decide to join NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>Right from the start, I was won over by the friendliness of my future colleagues. From our very first contact, I could tell that the team was very open and respectful \u2013 that made me feel at ease straight away.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What does your daily work at NESS look like? What are your typical tasks?<\/h1>\n<p>My day-to-day work is very varied. I work on a range of different tasks, liaise closely with my colleagues and ensure that projects are carried out reliably and meticulously.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What do you enjoy most about your job?<\/h1>\n<p>What I like most is the combination of responsibility, teamwork and working independently. I particularly enjoy finding solutions and seeing a good result at the end.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What has been your best experience at NESS so far?<\/h1>\n<p>My best experience was how quickly I was welcomed into the team and how naturally everyone offered their support. That made it much easier for me to settle in.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What should new colleagues bring with them to fit in at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>Openness, reliability and professionalism.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">How would you describe the working atmosphere at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>The working atmosphere is respectful and relaxed, yet at the same time professional and goal-oriented.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What makes NESS special as an employer for you?<\/h1>\n<p>What I particularly appreciate about NESS is the strong team spirit and the varied projects<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">Describe NESS in three words<\/h1>\n<p>Team-oriented.
