My responsibilities included the assembly, commissioning, and acceptance testing of various machine types.<\/p>\n<p>I was involved in projects aimed at improving existing and future assembly processes and conducting trials. The next step in my career was further training to become a state-certified technician, which ultimately led me to Ness.<\/p>\n<h1>Why did you decide to join NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>I have always been a fan of mechanical and plant engineering. When I first heard about Ness, I knew nothing about heat transfer systems.<\/p>\n<p>This sparked my curiosity, and I was excited to dive into a new area of plant engineering.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What does your daily work at NESS look like? What are your typical tasks?<\/h1>\n<p>Designing individual parts, assemblies, and even complete plant installations. Designing various components based on different requirement profiles.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting, managing, and implementing smaller projects. Responsibility for the assembly and further development of heaters, which are the heart of a heat transfer system.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What do you enjoy most about your job?<\/h1>\n<p>Successfully contributing my own ideas, communicating directly with all my colleagues, and coordinating the various project steps.<\/p>\n<p>The most enjoyable aspects are successfully completing a project, laughing with my colleagues, and seeing components I designed myself work well in operation.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What has been your best experience at NESS so far?<\/h1>\n<p>Professionally: Implementing my first project and being given responsibility for it.<\/p>\n<p>Personally: Going on a trip with my colleagues to the Cannstatter Wasen.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What should new colleagues bring with them to fit in at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>Colloquially, I would say that \u201ccommon sense\u201d is the most important quality, alongside motivation and humor.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">How would you describe the working atmosphere at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>For me, the atmosphere is very pleasant, relaxed, and friendly.
