current research projects in the field of thermochemical process engineering.<br \/>My work focused in particular on biomass gasification, fluidized bed technology, and CO\u2082 capture technologies.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">Why did you start working at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>The field in which NESS operates fits perfectly with my professional career and interests.<br \/>My studies focused on thermofluid dynamics as well as combustion and power plant technology.<br \/>Since NESS operates precisely in these disciplines with its heat transfer oil systems, various types of combustion (gas, oil, biomass), and wide range of plant engineering (heat exchangers, economizers, steam systems), I saw this as the ideal opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and develop my skills in an innovative environment.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What is your daily work routine at NESS like? What are your daily tasks?<\/h1>\n<p>My daily work is very varied and largely determined by incoming inquiries and ongoing projects.<br \/>Essentially, I accompany the entire process\u2014from the initial inquiry to the commissioning of the plant.<br \/>My biggest daily task is basic engineering: I develop the optimal solution based on customer requirements. This includes process design, component selection, and creating specifications.<br \/>As a sales engineer, this is followed by detailed quotation preparation and intensive technical customer consulting.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What do you like best about your job? What do you enjoy most?<\/h1>\n<p>The diversity of my work is what I enjoy most.<br \/>As a sales engineer, I am the interface between complex technical requirements and customer needs.<br \/>The combination of in-depth process engineering (basic engineering) and communication in customer consulting makes every day varied.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What has been your best experience at NESS so far?<\/h1>\n<p>My best experience so far was seeing the first system I sold in real life. It was a special moment: from the initial customer inquiry and basic engineering of the offer to manufacturing at the plant and final installation at the customer&#8217;s site.<br \/>It was very fulfilling to accompany the entire process and see how the theoretical calculations became a tangible, functioning system. This experience showed me that my work makes a direct, visible contribution.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What qualities would new colleagues need to bring with them to fit in at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>Three things are crucial to fit in at NESS: a willingness to learn, team spirit, and a basic understanding of technology.<br \/>On a personal level, we are looking for curious and motivated people who are not afraid of complex challenges and are open to continuous development.<br \/>In terms of technical expertise, a basic understanding of plants, processes, and technology in general is desirable. We can then teach the specific details of our plant construction internally.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">How would you describe the working atmosphere at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>I find the working atmosphere at NESS to be very collegial, appreciative, and characterized by strong team spirit.<br \/>Everyone supports each other when faced with complex technical challenges, and communication is consistently open and direct.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What makes NESS a special employer for you?<\/h1>\n<p>For me, it is the deep technical specialization that makes NESS special.<br \/>We are not a standard plant manufacturer, but rather supply highly complex, tailor-made heating technology solutions in a very broad and future-oriented field \u2013 this means that the work is never monotonous.<br \/>I particularly appreciate the high level of personal responsibility and the opportunity to oversee projects holistically, from the initial idea in basic engineering to final commissioning.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">Describe NESS in 3 words<\/h1>\n<p>Team spirit, perfection, quality<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"avia-caption-title \">Dear Lukas Reiner, thank you very much for your answers.<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
