It is most important to get <a href=\"https:\/\/ness.de\/en\/faq-sampling-and-analysis\/\">a representative and accurate sample<\/a> for the analysis. Thus the sample must be taken from a characteristic point of the hot flow.<\/p>\n<p>An open hot sample, however, changes its composition when cooling down in an open container. Volatile components of the sample which boil below the sample temperature evaporate from open sample containers.<\/p>\n<p>In the closed NESS Sample cooler, the sample is cooled with water and ensures
