and during that time I qualified as a trainer.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">Why did you decide to work for NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>I already got to know Ness during my training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering at the time and felt very well looked after there.<br \/>\nAs I was aiming for the said further training to become a &#8220;state-certified technician&#8221; full-time, I left the company for this measure. Mr Emmerich drew my attention to a possible technical job at Ness, which I then completed.<br \/>\nDuring this time I learned that my former trainer and supervisor would be retiring soon and that a successor was needed. The range of tasks and the job appealed to me very much and so I became part of the team again.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What is your working day like at NESS? What are your daily tasks?<\/h1>\n<p>My area of responsibility is varied and mainly includes the programming of controls, the creation of circuit diagrams as well as the electrical testing and acceptance of switchgear.<br \/>\nIn addition to operational training in electrical production, my tasks include monitoring the electrical and project warehouse as well as maintaining the operating technology.<br \/>\nSince each project is individually tailored to the customer, the challenges involved are different, which is why every working day is usually different from the previous one.<br \/>\nDue to the parallel supervision of training and operating technology, priorities can change by leaps and bounds, which guarantees variety in the daily routine.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What has been your best moment at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>Several highlights come to mind, such as field trips where you could see the built systems in action at their final installation site.<br \/>\nWhat stands out the most, however, is the reunion with my colleagues upon my re-entry, who were visibly delighted to welcome me as a colleague.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What qualities do new work colleagues at NESS need to fit into the work culture?<\/h1>\n<p>Depending on the prospective position, I consider a corresponding degree of flexibility and willingness to take responsibility to be necessary. A collegial attitude and a sense of humour would round off the package.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">How do you describe the atmosphere at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>I would describe the working atmosphere as very pleasant and informal.
