There I was responsible for marketing. Those were my first steps.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">Why did you decide to work for NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>My employer at the time moved its headquarters to D\u00fcsseldorf. I saw this as an opportunity to dedicate myself to other topics and areas and to get to know new things.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What is your working day like at NESS? What are your daily tasks?<\/h1>\n<p>My area of responsibility is quite broad. Starting with the preparation of offers, through the sale of the systems and checking the contracts, to accompanying the projects until delivery. Here I have specialised in particular in our NESSessities product range and support Mr Dietmar Ness in the implementation.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What do you like best about your job? What task do you enjoy the most?<\/h1>\n<p>Above all, I must emphasise that every single day brings new surprises. So you don&#8217;t get stuck in the daily rut. It&#8217;s fun to face new challenges every day and get to know new clients and partners. And when you have such great colleagues &#8211; and I do &#8211; you like to get up in the morning and start the day with a good feeling.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What has been your best moment at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>I have been part of the Ness team for 10 years. And that means something. There were so many wonderful experiences that I can&#8217;t really highlight any of them. Each experience has had its own charm. And many colleagues have become real friends. After all, you spend a lot of time with them \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What qualities do new work colleagues at NESS need to fit into the work culture?<\/h1>\n<p>Above all, always a desire for something new and curiosity. Our installations are always tailored to our customers. Each one is slightly different from the other. That makes every project exciting.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">How do you describe the atmosphere at NESS?<\/h1>\n<p>Very collegial. You always find a sympathetic ear. You exchange ideas and work out solutions together. And if there&#8217;s ever a problem, you know you won&#8217;t be left out in the cold.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"avia-caption-title \">What makes NESS as an employer special to you?<\/h1>\n<p>Definitely the very pleasant working atmosphere.
